This Privacy Policy establishes the information handling practices of Oracle88 Ministries as a non-profit, faith-based organization, affirming our commitment to individual self-sovereignty and absolute privacy. We collect only what is necessary to serve you and never share your information with third parties.

Our Commitment to Self-Sovereignty

Oracle88 Ministries operates as a private, non-profit faith-based organization. We recognize and honor the inherent self-sovereignty of all individuals who interact with our ministry, attend our events, or participate in our community.

Information We Collect

When you register as a Patron, RSVP to an event, or subscribe to our communications, we collect only the minimal information necessary to fulfill your specific request. This may include:

  • Name — to address you personally in communications
  • Email address — for event confirmations, magic-link access, and newsletters
  • Phone number — only if you opt in to SMS communications
  • Payment information — processed securely by PayPal; we do not store card or banking details
  • RSVP and guest information — to manage event attendance

No Third-Party Sharing

We maintain absolute privacy of all Patron, subscriber, and supporter information. We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or disclose any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Your information remains exclusively within Oracle88 Ministries.

The only external services that handle your data are:

  • PayPal — for processing voluntary donations (governed by PayPal's own privacy policy)
  • Brevo — our email delivery service, used solely to transmit emails you have requested
  • Airtable — our internal data management platform, not accessible to outside parties

None of these services receive your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling the service you requested.

Email Subscriptions

By providing your email address, you may optionally subscribe to Oracle88 Ministries newsletters, event announcements, and ministry updates. Specifically:

  • Subscription is always opt-in — you will never be added to a mailing list without your explicit consent
  • We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage email subscriptions; your email is used solely to send the content you have subscribed to
  • Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
  • Upon unsubscribing, we immediately cease all email communications and remove you from active lists

SMS Subscriptions

Oracle88 Ministries may offer opt-in SMS communications for event reminders, show updates, and ministry announcements. Participation in SMS communications is entirely voluntary.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Oracle88 Ministries. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

  • SMS opt-in requires your explicit affirmative consent; we will never text you without it
  • You may also opt in by texting START to the Oracle88 Ministries number
  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message we send
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at adey@oracle88.com
  • Your phone number is never shared with any third party

Event Participation & Patron Accounts

When you create a Patron account or RSVP to an event through Oracle88 Wishcraft, your information is used exclusively to:

  • Manage your RSVP and guest list
  • Send confirmation and event-related emails
  • Provide access to your Patron dashboard
  • Process voluntary donations associated with events

Data Protection

As a faith-based ministry, we maintain the highest standards of information stewardship. Access to personal data is restricted to ministry administrators necessary for fulfilling the services you have requested. We do not engage in data analytics, advertising, or profiling of any kind.

Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of all email communications
  • Opt out of all SMS communications
  • Update or correct your information
