Oracle88 Ministries — Effective April 18, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service establish the relationship between Oracle88 Ministries and those who engage with the ministry through attendance, patronage, donations, or participation. Oracle88 Ministries operates as a private, non-profit faith-based organization under principles of equity, good faith, and spiritual stewardship.

  • Faith-based, non-profit governance
  • All transactions are voluntary donations — no refunds
  • No commercial activity — no goods or services sold
  • No warranties or guarantees provided
  • Private dispute resolution preferred

Nature of the Organization

Oracle88 Ministries is a private, non-profit faith-based organization. By engaging with our ministry — through attending events, creating a Patron account, subscribing to communications, or making a donation — you acknowledge that this relationship is grounded in mutual respect, voluntary participation, and shared values rather than commercial transaction.

Patron Accounts & Wishcraft Access

Access to the Oracle88 Wishcraft platform (event RSVPs, Patron dashboard, reviews) is provided to community members in good faith. By creating a Patron account:

  • You agree to provide accurate information (name, email)
  • You acknowledge that access is a privilege extended by the ministry, not a contractual right
  • You agree not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent platform features
  • Access may be revoked at the sole discretion of Oracle88 Ministries

Donations & Contributions

All financial transactions with Oracle88 Ministries are voluntary donations:

  • Donations are irrevocable gifts made freely to support the ministry's mission, music, and events
  • No goods or services are sold; any benefits received (event access, digital content) are offered as a ministry expression, not as a commercial exchange
  • No refunds are available for any donations made
  • No guarantees are made regarding any specific outcomes or benefits
  • Donors acknowledge that contributions are received under the ministry's stewardship

Event Attendance

Oracle88 Ministries hosts live events as expressions of faith, art, and community. By RSVPing to or attending an event:

  • You acknowledge that events may be photographed or recorded for ministry purposes
  • Event details (date, time, venue, price) are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes via email
  • RSVP fees, where applicable, are voluntary donations in exchange for reserved attendance — these are non-refundable
  • Oracle88 Ministries reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion

Communications

By subscribing to email or SMS communications from Oracle88 Ministries, you agree to receive the content type you opted into (newsletters, event announcements, ministry updates). You may opt out at any time:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from Oracle88 Ministries

We do not share your contact information with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No Commercial Activity

Oracle88 Ministries does not engage in commerce or trade. All exchanges are:

  • Voluntary donations and gifts to the ministry
  • Private expressions of support between the ministry and its community
  • Outside the scope of commercial jurisdiction

Disclaimer of Warranties

Oracle88 Ministries provides no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any ministry activities, events, digital content, or platform access, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability
  • Guaranteed results or spiritual outcomes
  • Specific benefits or returns on donations

Limitation of Liability

Oracle88 Ministries, its ministers, administrators, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in ministry activities, attendance at events, or use of the Wishcraft platform. All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith discussion between the parties
  2. Private mediation if necessary
  3. Private arbitration as a last resort

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Oracle88 Ministries through donation, Patron registration, event attendance, RSVP, or subscription to communications, you acknowledge:

  • Your understanding and acceptance of these terms
  • The private, non-commercial, faith-based nature of the relationship
  • The voluntary nature of all donations with no refunds
  • The absence of guarantees or warranties

Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated by Oracle88 Ministries at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
